Our People: Jemima Tio

Jemima joined NCR in February 2016 as Software Project Manager for the Connections and Web Promote projects.

After graduating in 2004, Jemima started her career at The Scotsman Publications as an advertising executive before moving into marketing and discovering her love of digital. This took her to a web agency for a couple of years before moving to the heritage sector as a Web Project Manager where she is very proud to have led their transition into Agile. She loves being part of an organization that is committed to improvement and is excited to be part of NCR’s journey to become a successful Scaled Agile organization.

Jemima has been an advocate for Agile Project Management methodologies and frameworks for several years and is a member and qualified practitioner of DSDM Agile.

In her free time she loves travelling, food, music and dancing and is Secretary for Dunedin Wind Band, a community wind band and registered charity based in Edinburgh.
