Qualifications
You should have significant experience gained within a Data Engineering team of the following technologies:
- Cassandra / ElasticSearch / Hadoop / Hive
- Hbase / PostgreSQL / Kafka / Spark / Yarn
You should be able to clearly demonstrate to us that you have played a substantial hands-on technical role in modelling high volume semi-structured data with the technologies above within a successful real time Big Data analytics solution.
Experience of the following would be beneficial but is not essential:
- Airflow / PostgreSQL foreign data wrappers / MongoDB
- P4 / Git / Maven / Ant
- SaaS deployment and maintenance
- Agile methodologies
