Qualifications
We want people passionate about technology and software engineering, with strong design skills that they can apply to practical solutions and who are comfortable working in small, focussed teams. We are an agile development organisation keen on continuous build and test across multiple technical disciplines but especially:
- Java
- Spring/Hibernate
- Relational and NoSQL databases
- Git/Maven/Subversion.
As a Solution Architect you will work with Product Management, Engineering Teams and Enterprise Architects in order to provide a technical road map for a product area of NCR's Digital Banking solution. You will be working directly with co-located agile development teams and will support the technical lead and scrum master in backlog grooming, mentoring and code reviews as well as coding directly on key components.
