Chris joined the company in 2006 when mobile ticketing was still in its infancy. During his time with the company he has been involved in developing our mobile ticketing service to support growing sales and new technologies. Today the system delivers millions of airline boarding passes and cinema tickets every month. His work is focused on developing our ticketing web services using a variety of server-side frameworks. We are constantly evolving our offerings to integrate new features, such as Apple Push Notifications, while also developing our own innovative solutions. All these improvements must be delivered against a backdrop of ever-increasing ticket volumes, which brings its own challenges of scalability, reliability and resilience.
