Gary Duprex

Gary is technical lead of the Ticketing Solutions project: a collection of highly available J2EE web services which serve hundreds of thousands of mobile boarding passes a day for some of America's largest airlines. His day-to-day responsibilities include programming, proposing software architecture & tools for new and existing development, and working with end customers to resolve issues.

Gary enjoys exploring new languages and frameworks for use in NCR products, with a view to including them in new products after evaluating them.

Edinburgh's convenient location allows him to use his 'duvet days' to catch the Highland ski slopes and hiking trails when the conditions are just right.
