Luke is a SaaS Ops & Support Analyst at NCR Edinburgh. He joined NCR Edinburgh in April 2015 and is continuing to enjoy the Innovative, Agile and vibrant working environment.
He left his home town of Dingwall in the highlands and came to Edinburgh to study at Edinburgh Napier University, where he graduated with (Honours) BENG Computing. Equipped with his degree he quickly gained work and began to develop his skills. Following his career path he eventually found his way to NCR Edinburgh. He was greatly impressed with what NCR has to offer him. NCR provides Luke with the latest technologies and allows for flexitime which he is very happy to make use of.
Outside of work Luke enjoys spending time with his wife, and there two cats. He can most often be found playing a variety of video game, watching a variety of TV shows, listening to all kinds of music, or reading a variety of books or digital comics on his tablet. He hopes that one day he can get through his back logs as he has so much to get through. His favourite day is Wednesday purely because it’s new comic book day, along with raid reset day in his video games.
Luke likes Edinburgh for its visual beauty and cultural diversity. He describes Edinburgh as home and loves that for the capital city it is small, meaning it’s easy to travel across but has so much to offer in terms of history and its modern entertainment
