Shona Blades

Shona joined NCR as a System Administrator after completing a BEng(Hons) Security and Forensics degree at Edinburgh Napier University. Shona was rather late to the game when she went back to university. After finishing at school she decided to go travelling for a year to work out what she fancied doing with her life. It turns out what she really liked was being away from home.

Eight years later after living in four different countries learning to snowboard, ski and still finding the time to bungee jump, skydive and black water raft, she settled down in Edinburgh. Edinburgh fast became a favourite city of Shona’s due to the close proximity of everything and the vast amounts of green spaces throughout the city.

A self-categorised geek she has a weakness for Football Manager, Mass Effect and loves a good first person shooter or action adventure game. She also enjoys exercising her Westie Holly (as long as the weather’s cooperative).

Apart from the early morning Shona is really enjoying her time at NCR particularly the free fruit juice and the odd Mrs Crimble’s macaroon.
