James initially joined NCR Edinburgh in 2016 as a Communications Specialist for Digital Banking. Following 3 years of telling everyone how awesome our products are, he made the transition to Strategic Programme Management.

James’ work history is erm… varied. Since graduating with a journalism degree in 2013, he has had many gigs and internships. He worked for an MP, he set up community safety schemes, his dulcet tones graced the radio, he worked in a leisure club, and for a few months he delivered food on a bike. The atmosphere at NCR Edinburgh is ideal for a guy who used to wear shorts and trainers to work and appreciates quality coffee!

Away from work, James enjoys cooking, being involved in politics, and going to live music and comedy. In a move that might have been driven by the fear of turning 30. James decided it would be a great idea to begin training as a professional wrestler. He highly recommends it as a great way to keep fit.
