Building upon an existing, highly skilled and successful team we are looking for people to join us in a development environment that emphasizes creativity, collaboration and product ownership.
As a Scrum Master within NCR Edinburgh you will work closely with the Engineering Manager, Solution Architect and Product Manager to manage the team backlog.
You will be responsible for the coordination of the teams’s activities and will remain an active contributor to the code base; able to design, propose and implement solutions to business and technical requirements with the Solution Architect and Product Manager.
You will ensure the active participation of your team in the standard Scrum or Kanban ceremonies and work with the Engineering Manager to constantly measure team activities and seek ways to improve our processes. We are an Agile organization but we seek to always remain open to trialling alternative approaches and you will be expected to play an active part in proposing and driving improvements.
